Privacy Policy

Transparency is at the core of Ibda Verse. This document outlines how we collect, protect, and utilize your data to empower your creative journey.

Information Collection

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes: • Personal Information: Name, email address, and account credentials when you sign up. • Usage Data: Information about how you use our studio, including script length, generation frequency, and feature interaction. We only request information that is relevant to the operation of the Service, and we aim to minimize collection wherever possible.

How We Use Data

Your data powers the Ibda Voice engine. We use it to: • Process and render high-fidelity audio generations. • Maintain and improve our AI models (only using anonymized data where explicitly consented). • Detect and prevent abuse, such as deepfake misuse or prohibited content generation. • Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages. We do not use your data for advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.

Content Ownership

You retain full commercial ownership of all assets generated within the platform, subject to our Terms of Service. Ibda Verse claims no copyright ownership over the specific audio files outputted by your prompts. If you collaborate with a team or organization account, access permissions and ownership controls may depend on workspace roles and settings.

Data Security

We employ enterprise-grade security measures. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. At rest, sensitive data (like voice models) is stored in encrypted containers with strict access controls. We regularly conduct security audits to ensure the integrity of our infrastructure. Security is a process, not a promise — we continuously improve our defenses through monitoring, access control reviews, and threat modeling.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and payment processors) necessary to operate our services. These partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. In certain cases, we may share information if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. • Account Data: Stored until you delete your account or request removal. • Voice Models: Stored to support your projects, and removable upon request depending on platform capabilities. • Logs & Security Events: Retained for a limited period to protect the Service and investigate suspicious activity. If you request deletion, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or operational constraints.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including: • The right to access the data we hold about you. • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. • The right to request deletion of your information. • The right to object to certain data processing activities. • The right to withdraw consent where applicable. To submit a request, contact us through the email listed below and we will respond in accordance with applicable laws.
