Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Ibda Verse Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Ibda Voice platform or Studio (collectively, the "Service"), you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
You acknowledge that your continued use of the Service after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
Binding Agreement
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, teams, and organizations accessing the platform.
Eligibility
You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Subscriptions & Payments
Access to premium features requires a paid Subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen tier.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused credits.
Payment Authorization
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, access may be restricted until billing is successfully processed.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Feature availability depends on the active tier.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
- Intended to deceive (e.g., deepfakes for fraud, political manipulation, or non-consensual impersonation).
- Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
You also agree not to attempt to bypass safety protections, reverse engineer the platform, scrape output at scale, or use the Service in a way that disrupts platform stability.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to monitor for misuse patterns, apply rate limits, and restrict access when suspicious behavior is detected.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the inputs you provide (scripts) and the audio outputs generated by the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees.
Commercial Rights: Paid subscribers are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use generated assets for commercial purposes. Free tier users are limited to non-commercial, personal use only.
Service IP: The Service, including models, interfaces, trademarks, and platform design, remains the exclusive property of Ibda Verse Inc. and its licensors.
License Conditions
Your rights to generated outputs may be limited or revoked if you violate these Terms, including misuse, fraud, or non-consensual impersonation.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
Termination may occur due to repeated policy violations, abuse attempts, fraud-related usage, or legal compliance requirements. We may also remove or restrict access to specific features if needed to protect users and platform integrity.
Data & Access After Termination
After termination, you may lose access to stored projects, generations, and credits. We are not liable for loss of any data resulting from enforcement actions.
